I Love My Job!
Look what just arrived with the postman … thanks so much Mr and Mrs Jones! I get to do what I love – taking photos, and I get biscuits through the post and kind words or thanks for doing my job. I love the packaging – what a sweet gift. They are from www.biscuiteers.com and I think they are a great thank you gift – especially when given to photographers!! Right time to put the kettle on!
Naomi and Gareth
Congratulations Naomi and Gareth on your wedding in beautiful St Ives. The full edit of photographs will be viewable by end of day on 4th August.
Thanks, Sarah Falugo and Alexa Poppe of Green Photographic.

Trash the Dress? Part Two
Yesterday we published several of our favourite shots from Mark and Louise’s photo shoot – well from the first part at least. Now here’s the photos we took on the beach – part two! We had big plans for the balloons but unfortunately they blew away within the first few minutes – at least we got one nice shot with them.
To see the rest of the photos follow this link . Thanks for looking, Sarah and Bear Falugo of Green Photographic.
Trash the Dress? Part One
Louise and Mark are really keen beach goers and surfers, and since they got married at Boconnoc (a little too far to go for beach photos on the day), they were very keen to visit the beach as part of their wedding memories. After their honeymoon in Costa Rica (we’re not jealous at all by the way – it sounded HORRIBLE!), we met them at Harlyn Bay in Cornwall for a photo shoot. These photo shoots are often known as “trash the dress” shoots – a term we’re not very keen on – this felt closer to a “cherish the dress” shoot (although considering Louise went for a little paddle in it and the dog jumped all over it perhaps the phrase is appropriate!?).
We were scheduled to do these photos at 8.30 am before many people arrived on the beach but the weather was torrential – so we postponed until lunchtime. At the start of the shoot it was still raining and by the end of it the sun was out – typical Cornwall always keeping us guessing!
Mark’s late grandfather has a bench dedicated to him on the cliff top over-looking Harlyn Bay. Louise and Mark have a really sweet tradition of visiting the bench on regular occasions and having people take a photo of them on the bench from behind. Having a matching shot of them in their wedding outfits to add to the collection was a must. We set off to the bench with their beautiful dog Bella bouncing around joyfully.
After a few bench shots I was over the moon to discover the most beautiful field just around the corner. I love taking photographs in long grass or overgrown wild flowers, or wheat (Is this even wheat? Answers on a postcard please!).
There are plenty more photos from this session which we are excited to share. The beach shots will be posted tomorrow along with the private gallery for family and friends.
Thanks for looking! Sarah and Bear Falugo of Green Photographic.
