It seems to me that the world is spinning faster and faster and I don’t take enough time to stop and reflect on what has been achieved – so today I decided to take a look back before moving forward.
2012 has been beyond huge for us on many levels: Green Photographic has soared to new heights with record bookings, enquiries and countless features in top wedding blogs and magazines. It’s been wonderful. We also seem to be blessed with the most wonderful weddings with truly lovely people … no bridezillas around here I’m pleased to report!
We’ve seen our fair share of beautiful brides, met an overwhelming amount of fantastic people and eaten our fill of fantastic food. We’ve witnessed a truck load of incriminating speeches and shed a few of our own tears for those whose stories have touched our hearts. We even met a few drunken smurfs – all in a day’s work!
All in all it’s been a wonderful year. We’ve been blessed to attend some epic celebrations and made so many new friends along the way. At times I have been stressed and tired (for this is no easy job!), yet I wouldn’t change it for the world. Moving into 2013 we are almost fully booked and have a tonne of great ideas and projects which we just can’t wait to get started on. In November we launched our second business and went international under Sarah Falugo Photography … and shot a double Mayan wedding in Guatemala which was published on National Geographic – that was pretty cool too!
To all of our wonderful clients of 2012 … you have been great … and to all those who have booked in for 2013 – we can’t wait to meet you. Thanks for all your support. Sarah and Bear x
